Higround offers a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and hygiene-sensitive items may be subject to final sale terms.

Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your electronics.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking number is recorded for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our team will inspect the hardware for original condition, and once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
